If you decide you’d like to instruct us to rent your property there are three services you may select from:
- Let Only whereby we find you a tenant and get you started
- Rent Collection service – finding you a tenant and collecting their rent too
- Fully Managed service where we not only find you a tenant and collect rent, but also manage the day to day contact with your tenant, as well as liaising with contractors to efficiently manage the maintenance of your property.
